It was just a well-suited match for a day tour in Phoenix with value for money. The hot water issue was a hassle, but the staff was friendly. Make sure to check for parking fees in advance.

The AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Downtown had a perfect location near local attractions. Check-in felt quick, and the front desk staff greeted me with friendly smiles. The Queen Room with City View offered a nice view, making mornings enjoyable. The bed provided a decent night's sleep, but it could use some better cushioning. it felt pretty hard at night. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower, although I found the drinking water on the main floor ran out during my stay, which was inconvenient. I was hoping for some taxis out front, especially with events happening around town. Parking was easy, and I appreciated that the hotel felt safe with secure elevator access. The rooftop area seemed pleasant for some relaxation, but a full-service restaurant would definitely enhance dining options at the hotel. Breakfast items were limited, and the meals I tried at the bar didn’t impress for the price. Still, I enjoyed the atmosphere and some light snacks available there.

During our stay, we loved the convenience of having a decent pool where the kids could unwind after our busy days exploring the city. The hotel staff provided excellent service and always greeted us with smiles. The full-size toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch for families.
My children wanted a microwave in the room to heat up snacks. It would make things a lot easier for families.

This hotel has great access to local eateries like Mi Amigo's Mexican Food and Corner Bakery Cafe just a hop away! The breakfast spread was a hit, especially the egg specials, fuel for my foodie adventures. Oh, and the staff were super helpful, making our stay that much sweeter.
We had a minor hiccup with Netflix not working on the second night, and while that took a bit to sort, it hardly dimmed the vibe of the stay.

The bed was comfortable, and the full-size toiletries were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown dining, although it would have been nice if the parking were more directly accessible.
